RFID Laundry Tag is specially designed to meet the tracking requirements of the laundry industry and uniform management in hotel or hospital etc. It is easily affixed onto textile products using a standard sewing process, it can be sewed along the edge of the item or embedded into the Item, and can bear washing, dry clean, high temperature sterilization.it can be applied quickly and easily in multiple ways - sewn, heat-sealed or pouched - according to your wash process needs. it was designed specifically to meet the rigors of high volume, high pressure wash workflows to help extend the life of your assets and have been tested in real-world laundries for over 200 cycles to ensure guaranteed tag performance and endurance. By introducing RFID tags, the work efficiency has been greatly improved.

Silicone laundry tag is soft and durable, which can be applied to the washing environment such as continuous high-pressure dehydration and ironing in a short time. It fit with EPC C1G2 (ISO18000-6C) standard and for all 860-960mhz UHF RFID readers and antennas. It composed by UHF RFID Chip Alien U8, Impinj M4QT etc and with shape of hang tag that is for apparel intelligent management.

4. IS THERE A SPECIFIC THICKNESS TO YOUR CARDS?
Yes, 0.36mm to 1mm for RFID card and 0.15mm to 1mm for regular PVC card. Customized thickness is available.
5. DO YOU PROVIDE PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES FOR APPROVAL?
Yes we can provide PP samples for approval. If you don't need a PP sample, we will always provide a digital proof for your approval before we officially proceed to production.
6. DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGNING SERVICE?
Yes, we provide designing service if you don't have your own designer. But we encourage you to create your owns.
